Please use the form below to apply for a Bursary for the BSA 2025 conference.

BSA bursaries entitle holders to have their conference fees waived. Please do not pay and then seek reimbursement.

Please note that the bursary does not cover the conference dinner, but includes all other attendance and catering costs (a link for conference dinner bookings will be emailed to all attendees nearer to the time of the conference).

Bursaries are available for postgraduate students, precariously-employed scholars, and scholars without institutional support, trainee teachers and teaching assistants, and unwaged practitioners who are presenting work at the conference, and who do not have access to other sources of funding (institutional conference support, grants, scholarships, or fellowships).

The closing date for applications is midday (BST) on 24th April 2025.

Please note that bursaries are only available for applicants presenting work at the conference.
